Exhibition “Francesco Guardi, 1712-1793”, Museo Correr, Venice, Italy

Program: Exhibition of more than 120 paintings and drawings of the venitian painter
Size: 900 sqm
Status: completed 2012

The Correr Museum, before being a Museum was an office building (Procuratie) and a Royal Palace. The goal of this project for the Francesco Guardi’s exhibit, is to go back to its essence of Venitian Palace eliminating all the carpets above the beautiful palladian flooring, re-opening the windows on the Piazza San Marco views and painting the walls in the typical, acid, XVIII century’s colours.
