Facing a mill with a massive industrial façade (475 m.) covered completely in white metal panels, the office complex is composed of three volumes connected by tunnel passageways, including a new prism-shaped volume made entirely of glass housing the offices and related facilities and services, a new technical building made entirely of concrete housing technical plants, and a renovated building made of concrete housing the training and engineering archives.
