The project unifies two specific functions–i.e., Quality Control and Research & Development–in the same building. Labs and offices are concentrated in a two-sided glass strip that looks at the garden and the company’s headquarters on one side and at a high-tech shed that houses the machines used to make “real-scale proofs” and testing on the other.
